Mr. Ben Collins is a construction professional with significant experience in all phases of residential building and development.  Mr. Collins began his career as an apprentice to a local builder who specialized in high end renovation and addition work.  After years of development within the company and experience with multiple projects of his own, he was selected to assist in the creation of Oconee County’s first Building Codes Department.  As a code enforcement officer with Oconee County and later as the Building Official for the City of Seneca, Mr. Collins was part of the planning, design and construction process of hundreds of homes and multiple developments. 

Now as a local businessman, Mr. Collins uses his extensive knowledge of the construction industry along with his wealth of relationships among other construction professionals to operate a construction company under his own name.  He is also a partner in Paramount Inspection Services which provides inspection and consultation services to the Tri-County area.  As a native of Oconee County and the Seneca area, Mr. Collins is excited to be part of a team that will bring a well planned, well built community to his own back yard.

Mr. David R. Doumar has been in the Insurance & Financial Services profession since 1980, receiving a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the College of Business at Florida State University in 1979.  He has owned and operated Doumar Insurance & Financial Services in Jupiter, FL since 1986.

Mr. Doumar is also involved in real estate development as a partner in Toxaway Village Partners, LLC.  The project is a 34 acre parcel that will be developed into a Commercial Village, residential cottages and condos and climate controlled self-storage, located in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, with construction to commence in 2009. 

Mr. Angus Morrison is a partner with ACM Development Partners, LLC, which undertakes development of residential projects on and around Lake Hartwell.  Mr. Morrison is also involved as a partner and a developer of Low Country Retreat, a residential home community in Oconee County on Lake Hartwell. 

Prior to his development activities, Mr. Morrison was a corporate executive with over twenty-two years of finance, business and real estate experience. He obtained a Bachelors Degree and a Masters degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Upon graduation, he obtained his CPA certificate and began a 7 year affiliation with Price Waterhouse in the Firm's audit department. Subsequent to PriceWaterhouse, he joined The Dial Corp. Consumer Products group for 7 years, which included positions as Chief Financial Officer of the Armour Dial Canned Foods business and the Dial Soap business. For over 8 years, Mr. Morrison served as the Chief Financial Officer of National Vision, Inc., a publicly traded retail optical company with more than 500 retail optical locations, most of which were in Wal Mart stores.
